Hi guys,
wanted to get some help before I decided to apply for the ISS.
So my situation is quite complicated. I've been together with my bf for a total of 5 years. We lived together throughout 2020-2022 with no interruption. But unfortunately, I don't have many formal documents that show that we shared bills/rent. We always dealt with finances separately since the beginning of our relationship, so we don't have any shared documents with both of our names on them. The lease and bills are all in my bf's name, but I do pay the rent directly to my bf.
For documents, I only have some goverment documents, tax doc, ID with the same address on both of them, bank statements, health insurance documents, amazon receipts, and a phone bill with my old address on it. My mom and friend would be ok to write letters to help us and I thinking of asking our last landlord for a letter of explanation that I've cohabitated with my bf but I was just not included in the lease.
Are these enough documents to send or is gonna be a gamble dune to fail if I apply with only these documents that I have?

I am confused. Are you living with your "boyfriend" (should be common law partner if he wants to sponsor you) now?
Because you said 2020-2022.
To apply inland sponsor and applicant need to live together in Canada.

If he became PR before 2021, then he may be able to sponsor you as common law partner even tho you lived apart for 2 years.
If he became PR after you lived together for 1 full year, then he failed to declare you as common law partner as part of his PR application.
Then he can never sponsor you as common law partner....
How did he get his PR?

So that's 2016? If so, he should be able to sponsor you.
So he meets his RO now? (if he returned to Canada in 2022 and assuming that he stays here)

If he becomes PR before 2021 and currently meet RO, then I don't see any issue for him to sponsor you.
If you plan to travel, you may consider outland since there isn't a lot of differences between outland or inland unless you are out of status. (if so, then inland is the only option to sponsor someone without status)

He meets his RO! Never had any issues with it.
I came back to Canada some months ago, I can stay here till April!
As we are currently i would say in a conjugal relationship is my travel tickets another good proof of our relationship or is just gonna bring up red flags? I came back to see him in two occasions which i wasn't able to stay in Canada longer…

Don't use the term conjugal. It's for people with immigration barrier but you can travel to Canada.
You could also extend your stay as visitor before you 6 months of visitor status expires if you decided to continue to live with your partner.
