Is there any timeline for travel to get PR process completed?
like my parents can take care of baby after couple of months and wife can do soft landing to complete process and then go back to take care of baby.
is this is fine?

I don't know if she can land with the COPR when the baby is not listed.
This is more like a question in the economic stream.
It's a tricky situation since PA landed virtually and spouse dependent got PPR after and won't land few months after and then with a new dependent.
What are the next steps???

Forwarding to the local visa office mean AOR2?
Also, when the application is sent to the visa office, do they check everything from the beginning again?

They are replying with in 5 months ...hopefully before Christmas you will get it.
Completed the Medical on Dec-16. Updated in portal on Dec-19. Logged in today and can see COPR details...no email yet
Hi, I am almost in the situation as you except me and my wife did softlanding and returned home country, after that my wife got pregnant and deliveredaa twin outside Canada. Now we want to apply for visitor visa as we can't do sponsorship.
please I have some questionsif you don't mind :
1/ did use Gckey account or the ircc portal
2/did you appoint your self as representative for the child?
3/what did you answer the question "what are you plan to do in Canada" from the child's perspective?
4/how much funds declared for child
5/did explain the whole situation about you and your child born outside of Canada?
