She will if she can travel to Canada with her stamped passport. But she won't if she cannot travel to get her PR process completed.

Is there any timeline for travel to get PR process completed?
like my parents can take care of baby after couple of months and wife can do soft landing to complete process and then go back to take care of baby.

I don't know if she can land with the COPR when the baby is not listed.
This is more like a question in the economic stream.
It's a tricky situation since PA landed virtually and spouse dependent got PPR after and won't land few months after and then with a new dependent.
