Hi

We applied for our son's sponsorship on June 11 2024 PA - India
Application returned - July 11 2024 due to signature mismatch

It's been nearly 4 months still no AOR nothing
It's really making us so worried
Called ircc several times no proper response

Any advices ?
Don't worry be patient they will get to you, there is a chance you might get Both AOR and Eligibility at the same time.

Hello All ,

I have below situation and i need expert opinion please.

Me and my wife has already applied for PR through non express (PNP) . it is been 4 months awaiting for AOR and may be we can get PR approval before baby delivery.
Now, my wife is pregnant and we are expecting baby after 6 months and there are chances that we can get baby after our PR approval. My wife is still in India and i am in Canada,
Moreover, because of medical reasons we decided that we will deliver baby in India.
Now if we get PR before baby arrival. How, we can bring our baby afterwards.
what are the consequences of that .
I am worried that because i do not how that process goes on.
please advise

You would need visitor visa for the baby which is currently taking 4 months to process. There is no other way. PR application for the baby will take around 6 to 8 months.

If you get PR approval in Canada before baby is born, you can land virtually by the portal 1->2->eCOPR.
Your wife won't be able to land/complete the process as PR until she travels to Canada.
So unless she is willing to travel during her late pregnancy, she will not be able to land as PR.
In that case, you will need to stay in Canada and sponsor them both.

She will if she can travel to Canada with her stamped passport. But she won't if she cannot travel to get her PR process completed.
