Garbage diversity implied scaling on the flawed principles to fix a problem. The idea was simple, since the systems are already biased towards bringing in garbage immigrants, what good will diversity do to fix: low quality of immigrants, lack of entrepreneurship, exceptional focus on circular economic activities, etc. Hence the term "garbage diversity".

Ironically, these same communities have faced allegations of system manipulation in Canada—such as forging educational documents to gain higher immigration points, creating fake acceptance letters, and exploiting diploma mill colleges. Completely destroyed and abused the student pathway for everyone. Many arrive under student visas with no intention of leaving to the point of contributing to Canada's high asylum-seeking numbers. Additionally, issues like overcrowding housing beyond allowed occupancy levels have created further challenges.

I could give two shits about the country you are from. My point was to show that we all are in the same shit at the end of the day. We immigrants come from countries where fraud, poverty, lack of organization and crime exists. If that weren't the case, we wouldn't be here. Anyone trying to show their region, religion or country is better based on marginally better performance metrics is an idiot.

If you go barking about ethnicity, know that there are people smart enough to make you feel shit about yours. BUT it is pointless to do so, it is meaningless to do so, and it helps no one. We can make people feel shit about their skin, ethnicity, religion, region, etc no matter where they are from. Anyone who presents their worldview with that lens is already wrong (as you were!).

You're using irrelevant fact to support your claim. Of course, if you invite 27k candidates in ONE draw, the quality/score will significantly drop even if you added FSW candidates (with no nationality limitation). Is Canada planning to invite a similar number in one shot? No? Then please don't use this event to justify that if a certain group of people are excluded from the draw, the minimum score will plumped to that level - Garbage Diversity.

All of it is highly relevant. That 76 points draw was followed by equallu dudious PNP rounds in which people with very low CRS scores got PNP.

It was further followed by two highly controversial mechanisms namely CEC only rounds and TR2PR. In former, only CEC folks were invited disregarding more qualified FSW folks. And later was absolute bonkers. It invited students to directly convert their Temporary status into permanent. It was so much massively oversubscribed that its processing leaked next year. These students were not even point tested!

The present Study Permit crisis is directly related to TR2PR program which encouraged more and more people to apply for study permits even in bogus study progrms. Because of the lure of PR.

Unless these fundamentals are not fixed no forced diversity will bring the sutability of immigrants toCanadian employment market up.
