Thanks again. So I will proceed with 2 different demand drafts but can I send the documents of both of us and 2 DD in same envelope or need to be different envelopes also? Also I am planning to send by Canada post. Is that ok or need to be UPS only? I can make money order of $120 from Canada post right or should it be from bank! I have no idea about it,never did it in Canada it's been only 4 Months we are here,so everything is new for us. That's why I am asking, don't mind.

Rest about the consulate guys, yes that's the nature they have towards expats in their country and sadly here too, though we pay for the service.

You can send all documents in one envelope . Honestly I am not quite sure of money order from Canada post. Also not sure if we can send via Canada post or stick with UPS. I saw some people mentioned here sending through Canada post. But the way the consulate person spoke to me, I didn't take any chance. If you are sending via Canada post do let me know, so I can send my wife's through Canada post.

Hi All! I contacted Kuwait Embassy Ottawa and they send me the requirements document for good conduct certificate. One of the instructions mentioned "If you do not have an existing fingerprint in Kuwait we can not proceed with your request." Since I left Kuwait 4 years back, I am not sure if my fingerprints exist in the Kuwait system. In that case, Kuwait embassy will not inform me at all about this rejection.
What will I do in this case?

Hi. I have the same case. Left Kuwait 4 years ago and I’m now applying for the PCC. Did you manage to get it from the embassy. Please update !!

Thanks for asking But IRCC needs a police certificate from all countries where we stayed after the age of 18 more than 6 months. So that's why. Is it not needed?

Not sure if this helps. But even I left Kuwait 3 years back. I believe as long as you had a residence your finger prints would be available. They would probably contact you if there is anything missing in your file.

Hi. I also left kuwait 3 or 4 years back. I submitted my fingerprints in 2020 when I was there. Did you manage to get the PCC from the embassy ?

Only changes for me was I applied through Canada post with paid return envelope for both of us in single envelope but different plastic folders inside the envelope.

Thank you so much. That’s so relieving. I’m just asking because I gave my digital fingerprints back in 2020 when I was in Kuwait and I was worried If it’s still can be used for the issuance of the pcc. Do you still remember when did you gave your fingerprints ? Thanks in advance.

I don't remember clearly but I entered ïon family visa in 2018 end and had to do medical and all the procedures. Later changed to work visa.I just scanned all the pages of our old and new passports with whatever stamps and visas were there.I also attached my exit stamp visa page.I think whatever you have you just forward rest they verify and get it done.

Hi DA. I got my PCC from kuwait embassy today. Surprisingly it was done in 5 days. Super quick. Just a question. Did you notice that the fingerprints number in your certificate is 0. I know they have now biometrics system that depend on face and eye recognition and no more fingerprints. But will this be any issue if an officer reviews the certificate and sees the fingerprints number is 0. Also they stupidly put the photo on the left hand side, so it’s hiding sentences like “State of Kuwait, Ministry of interior, Dep of criminal evidence, criminal status certificate” apparently they are hiding the sentences that tell the officer that this is a pcc from kuwait. What do you think ? TIA
