If you’ve ordered IRCC Notes, the tracker updates when they’re exported. CSIS/CBSA Notes don’t trigger updates anywhere.

my notes just keep extending the Due Date by a month and forget about my file. 3-5 notes of no update and "DD pushed"

Note received, request date is Nov 7, tracker updated Nov 8, it seems request trigger the update.
Note shows security in progress by CBSA, others all passed or completed.

How many days did it take to receive your notes after the update in tracker

What does it mean when your background status changes from not applicable to we are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need something.

I have stuck in security screening and in sept got ADR for PCC and Schedule A.

Please this morning I've got my CBSA notes, and the status of SS still the same " received by CBSA" for 5 months now.
So what means that? The process with CSIS not yet completed and the CBSA waiting for results of c-check?
When CBSA received the results the status will change to " in progress with CBSA" ???
I ordered CSIS but not received yet

Unfortunately, you have to wait for CSIS notes for better clarity. The comprehensive security checks can very much take well over year - 18 months!

Hi, currently what month/year Comprehensive Security Screening are being processed. Last I heard was that Oct/Nov 2023 (Security Screening Started) are being processed. My Comprehensive Security Screening Started on 31st Jan 2024.

Unfortunately, this is wishful thinking. There are people who started on SS in June 2023 and they are still on SS, and just two weeks ago, someone was approved whose SS started in August 2023. My SS is still in progress, even though it started in August 2023.

I don't think that it's a first come first served basis. It mostly depends on the info sharing and the replies from partners while doing a security check.

Fair. And it depends on the quantity of checks, as every case is individual. Somewhere they need to check and request more data, somewhere less.
