job letter from india
Family ties in india
Bank bal 5L inr for 1 week stay

Applied on Aug 12
Biometric done - aug 16
Nov 2 - portal.showed biometric completed
Nov 7 - rejection.

Reason -
not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as required by
paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR (https://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/regulations/SOR-2002-227/
section-179.html). I am refusing your application because you have not established that you will
leave Canada, based on the following factors:
• You do not have significant family ties outside Canada.
• The purpose of your visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay given the
details you have provided in your application.
• Your current employment situation does not show that you are financially established in
your country of residence.

Visa Decision - REJECTED on 14 Nov

I applied visa for my nephew (14 year old) and niece (6 years old). Their parents already have visitor visa. Even children had visitor visa and it got expired as their passports expired. They never travelled to Canada earlier.

1) Any ways I can challenge this decision?
2) Can i get the GCMS notes of this refusal? The generic refusal letter just says "The purpose of your visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay given the details you have provided in your application."
3) Travel is planning in May/June 2024 for 3 weeks. Tickets already booked. How shall I go about re-applying?
