What is the difference between V35 and V40? Is the former series assigned to an older application?

Heard nothing for my parents' application. Submitted August 27th. Biometrics request on Sept 3rd. Biometrics completed on September 5th. Since then no updates yet. Hoping to hear something by the end of the month.

Final decision status changed to visa approved and received passport request letter today (Nov 15), although the PPR letter is dated Nov 16th.

Wonder if any recent PPR from India for those who applied during second half of August. Thank you
Processing time seems to have increased by 114 days. It was 56 days when I applied.

i called IRCC and, they said ELIGIBILITY IS PASSED on AUG 23, but stll no update on portal... any idea how long it takes after eligibility?
