When did you submit?I also got an email last week that the application submitted was incomplete.
Its funny that I have read the portal instructions numerous times, that my own information doesn't need to be included since I am already here. Same goes for my Uncle (his sibling). But it seems we need to resubmit it and NOW, everyone needs to complete separate forms (this includes me, sponsor my spouse, my sisters and their spouse too). This is also for the resume, I've read the instructions numerous times and I did not see any portion that the dependents also need to submit their resume. These dependents portions is very vague, if you look into it dependent/dependant means that any child 18 years and over that you still support financially. But it seems, you still need to put in ALL the information needed for children even though that they are fully capable in supporting themselves financially.
dependent means that any child under 22 years old and 18 years and over will need to fill in their own IMM5406 form. But definitely NOT the sponsor if you are sponsoring your parents.I also got an email last week that the application submitted was incomplete.

I would imagine only the Philippines. The word 'current' is there for a reason. See link below. Like the say - an officer may request additional countries.Hello everyone!
i got a police certificate request.
I have a question.
my mom and dad resides in the US before as permanent resident/green card holder from late 2021 to early 2023 about 14 months in total.
in our police certificate request (first bullet) it says
• Their current country of residence if they have resided there for 6 months or more.
The thing is after that 14 months they decided that US is not for them and went back to the Philippines. They’ve been in the Philippines since then.
Do they still need to get police clearance in the US? Or just Philippines is fine?
I am confused with the word “current” since they don’t reside in the US anymore.
Thank you!

I can see that IRCC updated that my parents passed the medical on Sept 21 2024. We never received any medical request. however my parents had their medical done in March 2023 in Canada for Visitor Visa application. May be that was still considered as valid.Any one gets medical request PGP 2024. Please share timeline

In your case, ONLY PA needs to fill out the form. The form needs to list ALL children regardless of their age/citizenship/PR status and all siblings.Hello,
I submitted all documents on July 12, 2024 and a mail was delivered 2 weeks ago. It's about some incomplete forms.
And I filled out all information for my mother-in-law and I am about to sending forms through email. but I am waiting for your thought.

I have a question about this letter. I saw multiple discussions here and in other webs, but they are not clear for me.
This is a brief situation.
Principal Applicant - my wife's mother
Children - my wife(42 years old) and her brother(40 years old)
My wife(having PR) is a sponsor for only her mother, her dad was deceased. Her brother(married and having a child) will not apply for PR in Canada, it means he will keep staying at his country.
I think only her mother needs to fill out the IMM 5406. And other children (my wife and her brother) don't need to fill the form.
However, If they need to fill out the form, applicant in the form should be their name? This is my big question.
I welcome your suggestions.
Thanks in advance.
