I can see that IRCC updated that my parents passed the medical on Sept 21 2024. We never received any medical request. however my parents had their medical done in March 2023 in Canada for Visitor Visa application. May be that was still considered as valid.

No i didnt get that email. However, i see that IRCC updated my profile with medical passed for my parents. I dont know how, the last medical that my parents did was on March 30 2023, but today i see that the application is updated with medical passed.

they requested for additional documents on July 15th which i submitted the same day. after 2 months I got the AOR, Was also able to link my account to gckey.

Got AOR today. Application submitted on June 3rd 2024

I raised a web form to check if my documentation was received by IRCC. i got a reply after 10 days and they mentioned all new attachments are received and are with the office handling my case.

I submitted all the documents yesterday through the email which was mentioned in the requisition letter. Got an automated reply as well after sending out the email. i will call them in 1 week to confirm if all the docs were received or not. if not them may be i will send again through web form

Got document request today to resubmit proof of relationship to primary applicant even though i submitted my birth certificate (sponsor) and also marriage affidavit is not getting accepted, so they asked to submit more proofs like voter card or AAdhar card. I submitted my application on 2nd June.

imm0149, we printed and signed and uploaded the scanned copy. 5546 was not applicable in my case.

some information was missing in family information form 5406 so IRCC asked to resubmit

Just on another group came to know that someone submitted the application on June 1st and got a document request yesterday. Looks like IRCC is moving fast this time around :)

Its strange as i have been submitting the Affidavit for parents visitor visa, super visa applications and there was no issue.

[KK] In question 3A, the number of persons must be 1, since you are only sponsoring your mother. The rest of the section 3B, 4,5,6 all must be 0 so you have a total family size as 2 IMM 0008, is being filled by the principal applicant who is your mother so box 3 will have to be filled with "1"...

you dont need to upload your parent's birth certificate unless you are applying for your grand parent's PR.

I paid 2585 for 2 applicants including biometrics

I have a similar situation and i put the current country of residency as Canada. Even mailing address also I put my Canadian address.
