Hello everyone!

i got a police certificate request.

I have a question.

my mom and dad resides in the US before as permanent resident/green card holder from late 2021 to early 2023 about 14 months in total.

in our police certificate request (first bullet) it says

• Their current country of residence if they have resided there for 6 months or more.

The thing is after that 14 months they decided that US is not for them and went back to the Philippines. They’ve been in the Philippines since then.

Do they still need to get police clearance in the US? Or just Philippines is fine?

I am confused with the word “current” since they don’t reside in the US anymore.

Yes your parents need PCC from USA and phillipines , because they lived more than 6 months

I second that,. If I was in your palce I would have provided for both the countries.
Also, curious to know, when did you apply for PGP and when did you receive ADR/AOR/PCC request(s)? If you do not mind sharing, please.

June 18, 2024 - submitted requirements

Sept 19, 2024 - request additional documents

Sept 25, 2024 - submit additional documents

I don’t know about aor. But at the first paragraph they stated that they confirmed/received the application.

applied June 20th, no AOR, ADR or any update yet. Waiting patiently though, through webform got to know that application is under process so hoping to hear some update soon. Still in a way better position than last year when i was just waiting for invitation.

I submitted my parents application on July 21, 2024. Still no AOR or any communication. I tried the online status tool but having difficulty locating application. I have UCI for my Dad from his prior visitor visa application and some receipt number from PR fees paid....I tried both ways and multiple other combinations...with no luck. So finally submitted Webform, let's see if they respond with anything useful. QQ, is there anything I am missing about the status tool....If I select I am the Sponsor, then whose information I input for DOB, country of birth etc.....I tried both my info and my father's info and didn't work. Any help/tips, I will appreciate.

I'm new to the thread. I Applied on August 2, 2024, and haven't heard back since. I applied through the PR Portal. Is there any way to track the status other than the Portal?

Same situation here, Applied June 17th. Still nothing. I think the officer who has our files might be on a loooong vacation.. lol

I submitted webform twice and they mentioned we are missing your information. Do let me know their response!
