Yes, they do talk. Information like info sharing, security, eligibility updates, etc.. they are the ones who have access
Try calling them 5 minutes before 8 AM and you'll be able to get a hold of an agent.
You need to press 0 after the automated message. Sometimes the call center agents are all occupied and the line is maxxed out and they will end the call. In that case just try again after 10-15 mins
Just now tracker got updated again “We received your enquiry” but no other changes in tracker neither in gc key. May be eligibility check might have started.
Got it! I recently learned that every time the applicant calls, the tracker will say we received your inquiry the very next day.
But for me for the last two times whenever I called there was always some update or change.
The representative uploaded some updated information through the web form last Friday and I saw the enquiry received updated today in tracker. Does that mean they received the documents?
Also, my AOR is Aug 17, last update for MED and BIO pass on Oct 7. Do I need to worry about this timing? Need to leave CA in about 1 month……
