I think Vancouver, Montréal, and Sydney are the trifecta based on previous months' threads

I agree, but realistically you won't even get past the leave stage if you petition for JR after just months... at least MPs will give you some information and I think it soothes people?

Well really depends on if your MP wants to pick trouble with the cabinet, which seems to be the case for many people in opposition ridings. At the end of the day if you really want to force a decision there's always judicial review if it's been years... Also it's mostly MPs' aides processing the...

Usually that's security related. Eligibility and everything else should be finished within 5 months, or you can write to your MP

Could be all within one day, could take months. This said you should see FD within 5 months of AOR and that is a timeline IRCC officially acknowledges

Seems like it's around the standard turnaround. I sent in a request today as well since it has been more than a month after eligibility started.

How long was the turnaround of your GCMS notes? Were they as of today or as of the day you submitted the ATIP?

It takes 5 months to process it currently I think? In order to keep your eligibility to work you should apply sooner rather than later.

You should call them today (you can turn off Caller ID and you can call any time before 4 PM PST which is 7 PM EST) and check. This being said, don't expect the call center to do anything more than telling you that it's under review and that you have not reached the 5 month mark. Some agents are...

Have you looked into BOWP? Hopefully your FD comes soon, but I think you might benefit from it since visitor record is only for 6 months from June right?

Mine has been at CIO Sydney since day one. Not sure if it is supposed to change as most of BGC has been complete and eligibility has been under review at CIO too

I think on immitracker trends show that the IRCC estimates of 5 months seem to be the time by which most applicants have their results. This thread has been faster than immitracker averages for everything from BIL to FD

You need to press 0 after the automated message. Sometimes the call center agents are all occupied and the line is maxxed out and they will end the call. In that case just try again after 10-15 mins

Mine has started in September and it's still in progress! I've also seen people whose eligibility moved from not started to complete in one day. I think it depends on what the case analyst is doing? This being said the most accurate record you can get in real time is if you call IRCC and ask...

Per IRCC (as of 11/3/24): Certificates that are valid for Express Entry Date the certificate was issued For the country where you currently live The police certificate for the country where you currently live: must be issued no more than 6 months before the date you submit your application...

IRCC does not refer to the expiration date provided by the local police force when examining PCC validity. Whether PCC is acceptable would have been mostly an R10 decision (which you have passed as you have received a BIL). IRCC will contact you and give you time if they want a new PCC. Also, as...
