I think the safest way is to get the summary of your paystub over the period and enter the average hours per week, which you can claim all your working hours with support.

The representative uploaded some updated information through the web form last Friday and I saw the enquiry received updated today in tracker. Does that mean they received the documents? Also, my AOR is Aug 17, last update for MED and BIO pass on Oct 7. Do I need to worry about this timing...

I think now is a universal update for Tracker. The last update date changed to today’s date, but no update for me…

It’s a good idea if you keep checking. The only available spot was about a month after when I first booked the appointment, but a next-day popped out after I checked about 3-4 times. I think a lot of people canceled their appointments just before their appointments.
