Indian Passport Renewal from BLS Toronto

The status moved to "Print has been initiated for passport" on 12th- Sep and it's still the same. Now the passport portal is under maintenance till 23rd.
The PVR is approved and submitted clear by police (PVR Scan Uploaded). (inspect mode)
But message in passport seva portal is passport application is under review at Indian Embassy/consulate, (inspect mode also)
Prior to this Print and PV initiated message was there and application granted as clear based on post police verification (inspect mode).
Now what to do

@TrueIndian Mine is still stuck on 2nd step (#11 in your table). My appointment for passport renewal was on 08/19. The status says -> "Passport application is under review at Indian Embassy/Consulate". Is there a customer support I can reach out to?
Below mine passport renewal in Tatkal at Toronto
Visited BLS. They are very particular on any changes (even in photo compared to photo on previous/expiring passport). If they are major differences in photo they won't accept as Tatkal
20 Sep (Friday) - Submitted application at BLS office
23 Sep (Monday) - Processing at Consulate
24 Sep (Tuesday) - Passport Printed and in transit to BLS
25 Sep (Wednesday) - Passport ready for collection (status on BLS)
Yet to go and collect, but hopefully it would be there.

Police Verification is done for me, the current status on Passport India Portal shows Passport is printed. BLS website still shows Processing at Consulate General. I think you should check on https://portal3.passportindia.gov.in/Online/index.html

Any update on your application? I applied on Sep 9 and mine is stuck on Step 2 since 12 days.
I applied for renewal on 20 August from BLS Surrey (Vancouver jurisdiction ). Reason for renewal is current passport expiring in next 1 year and address change. I have recently got Canada PR so I had to change print address on passport to Canada address and give my parents address back in India as other Indian address. Police verification was required in this case but it was post police verification. That means new passport will still be printed and sent to me while police verification is going on. Passport is printed on 26 September. At this point, on passport seva website (https://portal6.passportindia.gov.in) status is “Passport is printed and will be delivered shortly”. On BLS website status is “In Transit from Consulate General to BLS Centre”.
Until you got the "passport printed and will be delivered shortly" status, was your status on Passport Seva "Processing at consulate general"?
It was showing “Processing at consulate general” in BLS website not in passportindia website. BLS website doesn’t show frequent granular updates. Check in https://portal6.passportindia.gov.in website for relatively frequent updates.
Hey guys, I had applied for passport renewal on Aug 26, 2024 at BLS Montreal and as of 1 oct, it is -Your passport has been printed and being forwarded to Embassy/Consulate. The Embassy/Consulate will contact you once they receive the passport for dispatch.
but on BLS website it still shows-Processing at High Commission since 30 days.
Any idea how many more days will they take to dispatch it?

Were you tracking your application in inspect mode? If yes, what's timeline for police verification, passport print initiated and passport printed after you received your file no? If you weren't tracking on inspect mode, what was the next status change after "Application is under review at consulate"?
Please guide.

I have been tracking it through the inspect mode for the last 15 days.
The police verification was not required as the status showed- "STATUS_DESC": "Application Granted on No verification basis". I am not sure how much time is for that though (my guess is since everything is done at New Delhi so another 5 days max for verification if needed from anywhere in India).
"STATUS_DESC": "Print Initiated on "2024-09-27"
after 3 days from the print initiation, it showed-
EVENT_DESC": "Printed: Passport No. X of type Ordinary-Normal",
2 days later, it was dispatched with the tracking number and now tracking it to Ottawa (takes 48 hours max) with DHL as carrier.
I think once it is delivered to the High Commission, they will send it out via Purolator.
On BLS. It shows that they received it on the next day and then 3 days later, processing at high commission all the way through until they got it back from New Delhi and then sent it out for delivery.
I am expecting them to send it out by 4 th oct and I could receive it in the next 1-2 days.
