Police Verification is done for me, the current status on Passport India Portal shows Passport is printed. BLS website still shows Processing at Consulate General. I think you should check on https://portal3.passportindia.gov.in/Online/index.html

The status moved to "Print has been initiated for passport" on 12th- Sep and it's still the same. Now the passport portal is under maintenance till 23rd.

Same here have applied for renewal on 21st-Aug from Vancouver and its still in status: "Passport application is under review at Indian Embassy/Consulate. "
