Unreasonable refusal to visit visa

They should focus on addressing the specific reasons for refusal when applying again. For the visa to be granted, it's crucial to show strong ties to their home country, such as stable employment, property ownership, or family responsibilities. In this case, they need to provide clearer documentation proving financial stability for the mother and sister, as well as stronger evidence of employment and ties to their home country for all applicants.
Thankyou for taking out time to reply brother.
I agree with your opinion.
Can you please tell how to apply for reconsideration?
I have prepared a letter for it

Correct but that is reapplying not reconsideration. Reconsideration is for error in law and you outline the errors not submit new information.

That's true, but by requesting the GCMS notes and addressing the case point by point, they might have a better chance. This way, the officer would receive a clearer and more transparent overview of the situation.

So you are suggesting reconsideration or not? Reconsideration should be submitted immediately after refusal outlining the error in law. There are no timelines. His sister and mother didn’t show any of their own funds. They need to do so as they are not dependants on OP.

You should gather all necessary documents and request the GCMS notes. Based on the information in those notes, you can then request a reconsideration. Be sure to emphasize your strong family ties, such as the fact that your sister is still studying and preparing for exams, and that your mother has traveled to the USA three times but always returned. It's also important to mention that attending wedding ceremonies is a significant tradition for your family. Additionally, consider including any proof of community involvement or responsibilities that demonstrate your intention to return home after the visit.

Your suggestions are not reconsideration but reapplying. By waiting for GCMS notes which take 30 days or more then that is too long to submit reconsideration.

what option should i choose in the "type of application/enquiry" tab?
most relevant i see is "Temporary Residence(applied online) and "temporary residence(applied online)-visa" and further attach a reconsideration letter with documents
is this right ?

Reconsideration is not submitting more documents. It is outlining the error in law. So describe why they made a mistake. Honestly I don’t see a point in submitting but go ahead. There are no timelines for reconsideration so it may take months. Sometimes faster to reapply.

i agree but why to pay more fee again and present myself as desperate when a visa officer has over looked the facts

IRCC hasn’t overlooked facts. You all applied together and should not have as you are not dependants on one another. Your sister has no family ties, no job and no bank statements in her own name. Your funds are not relevant to her application. Same for your mother except her spouse is remaining behind.

So are you applying for reconsideration just for yourself. If so, go ahead.

We presented a genuine profile as my mother has visited USA thrice and last visa expired in march 2024
my sister has visited Australia and followed all rules and returned. She has been to US too
secondly i categorically provided information that i am providing funds for travel as both are dependent on me and i provided sufficient funds
In Pakistan there is no trend that girls have to work, She is also looking forward to appear for examination whichis a strong tie.
My father was here and he is also a tie as he cant be left alone for longer period.
IRCC didnt even consider any one of us eligible ,which was very unjust and unfair,

Reasons for refusal was not travel history. To IRCC, your funds are not relevant to your sister and mother. Your father is a tie to return for your mother but not sister. Your sister is single with no family ties and IRCC then wants to see very strong and multiple ties to return. Your sister doesn’t work.

TRVs are a privilege and you may seem it unfair but it is not your right to be approved. Canada is cutting down on visitor visas.

Good luck in your reconsideration. You can apply on your own and see if approved as your funds are yours, you have a job to return and a business.

I agree that its not a right but IRCC should take measures to at least allow genuine visitors.People manage to make fake profiles and get approved.
Anyways its a process and i understand.
Thankyou for your opinions, I really appreciate.

You still not understand the IRCC thinking. When you think it's reasonable to reject you, you're already for the apply visit visa.
