I know someone who applied both US and Canada visitor visa in the same year, but US one got refusal while she got the Canadian visitor visa.with same stats my sister applied for Australia to visit our brother there and she got the visa this year.
i attached visa copy with her application.
I would say 6 months to a year. But, by then, hopefully, your sister would be a civil servant and would not need your job.not a problem.
after how much time should we apply again after assigning jobs to them?
What makes their profiles weak?I am 33 single and sister is 27 single. My mom and sister are both dependent on me and i provided my bank statement in support.
I applied as principal applicant.
My mother is 62 and a home maker, previously visited to US 3times and recent US visa expired in march 2024.
- Business is on father's name but i operate it and i have shown my self as managing director of the business.
- Property which i showed on my name is a personal residential plot.
- yes we both are single
- Sister is not employed but for her career she is pursuing civil services and examination will be held in February 2025 and for the admission and paper submission December 2024 is the deadline. For details i also mentioned the government's website in the cover letter for detailed view.
my sister travelled to Australia in March 2024 and returned in May 2024What makes their profiles weak?
Sister - no job, no funds, no family ties, no property
Mother - no job, no funds, no property.
1. The business is not relevant to your sister or mother. They are not named, get a a salary or work in the business.
2. It is your property, not their property.
3. You don’t have family ties to return.
4. Is this a guaranteed job or an exam to enter the pool?
The 3 of you need to file separately. You are not dependant on each other. Just because you support them financially in your home country doesn’t mean IRCC accepts it. IRCC wants to see their own funds and ties to return. So you should apply on your own and see if you are approved with your own documentation.
When did your sister go to Australia? If she hasn’t travelled there then she should make a trip there and return to show she abided by immigration rules.
It is a reason to travel but doesn’t mean visa will be approved. They said they were going for 3 weeks for a wedding. Wedding is a few days. Your father is not applying so his business/reasons for not going are irrelevant.Isnt travelling to attend a cousin's wedding a valid reason?
this cousin haven't travelled to Pakistan since 12 years and we also got an invitation.
My father is 72 and he doesn't give full time to business so that's why he is not running the business. I look after it. He is not travelling with us because he has other family commitment here that's why i kept my visit to 10 days .
Secondly my mother is a housewife and dependent on me. Does she need to show her own profile like job and bank balance to visit her sister and her family when i am supporting her trip?
I applied for visitor visa along with my mother and sister to attend my cousin's wedding.
We also got invitation and wedding from him as well
My mother is Home maker and she was refused due to 179b that she is not financially established.
My sister was refused that she she gave limited employment opportunities in her home country
I was refused that I don't have strong ties outside Canada.
I attached all documents showing my job, father's business (he was not traveling with us)property and ties but still we all got refused.
Funds were sufficient to support all of us as I was financing.
What should be done?
Why? They all applied together and should not have. They are not dependants of each other. Children are over 22 and not part of mother’s application.I think you shouldn't apply for a new visa because it's just a waste of money. Open a web IRCC page and request a reconsideration
They should focus on addressing the specific reasons for refusal when applying again. For the visa to be granted, it's crucial to show strong ties to their home country, such as stable employment, property ownership, or family responsibilities. In this case, they need to provide clearer documentation proving financial stability for the mother and sister, as well as stronger evidence of employment and ties to their home country for all applicants. Why? They all applied together and should not have. They are not dependants of each other. Children are over 22 and not part of mother’s application.
