All my proofs are attached in file my sister-in-law sponsered or invited us all their essential documents attached then why our visa refused.

Inlaws are not ties. How old are your children? You can’t sponsor someone for a TRV. You have to show you have ties to your home country (job, property, spouse/dependent children, etc), liquid funds, travel history, etc.

How much did you show in terms of your own proof of funds to support the trip? What specific evidence did you provide to show ties? There may be ways to strengthen your application and reapply.

I would recommend consult a law firm and file judicial review and dont give up. If the application was strong then proceeding with Jr you can decide.
if it turns out application was weak file a strong app with lawyer then be prepared for JR process if another refusal comes.
do not give up. it all depends on how crucial this visitor visa is for your family.

now a days AI is rejecting visas that means documentation is not physically checked by a officer.
if you apply another time high chance of another refusal and now your visa history is also affected.

Why JR? OP didn't say if had a job, age of children and in laws are not a tie.

I have given general guidance that consulting with a qualified lawyer to decide next steps is better including the possibility of filing JR if the application is strong.

But your first sentence is not about "possibility" but telling them to pursue JR..."I would recommend consult a law firm and file judicial review and dont give up." Nothing about why they were refused, profile and no mention about reapplying.

yes, i meant consult a law firm before doing anything. but if application is strong and if person has the means do a JR then do JR rather than reapplying as in reapplying most cases AI will refuse again. at least that's the trend i have been seeing in this forum and also experienced in my own case.

for strong cases, IRCC settles during JR so applicants dont have to go through the one year process necessarily and thats why this depends on individual cases.
If the refusal is unjust which law firm can assess better than higher chances to success via JR.

Funny, I'd order GCMS before anything else to find out the exact reasons for refusal. You spend other people's money awfully freely.

There is no such thing as "AI rejecting visas".

Even paying to consult a lawyer is extreme for a TRV denial. Settlement means very little it will be redetermined by another agent. Maybe saves a little money but still thousands for a lawyer to prepare the JR.
