That's why I'm just sitting quietly. Since I don't have any plans to move or go somewhere to get a citizenship, my work required me to cross US border in future? Currently, i'm fulfilling the canadian location but sooner or later, the company is pushing me to go usa.

If I don't see any moment until end of this year by next year january.I may file mandamus.

Just keep in mind that after filing a mandamus, it will take at least 2 to 3 months to receive an answer, therefore I believe you should start before.

Last week call received from the MP office and told that my case is now non-routine and security is stuck at CBSA!!
My PR will expire in next month and don't think citizenship process will not be completed at least until next year beginning!

They are valid for a year only. That's why background moved to in-progress. You have do it again.
I do n't think so brother. Finger prints are not like medicals where there can be changes. The finger prints remain same whole life. And also i checked website it says theu will keep the biometrics upto 10 years.

Per GCMS notes, the criminality section expires after 1 year. You'll notice in your GCMS notes that they re-do it after 1 year.
For those who are asked for finger prints for criminality clearance, they may ask you for finger prints again.

That is for visitor visa, study or work permit. For Citizenship application it is valid only for a year. If your background does not complete they ask you to repeat it again.
