Hi All, I am trying to register for the tracker, but, I am not getting the verification code via email. I have been trying for a couple of days now. I have checked my spam folder multiple times. Any advice?

As you said, the tracker has been updated today. It shows background completed on 9 July 2024.

Updated the spreadsheet, BG completed 9 Aug 2024. (corrected your typo )

If you had used a representative/consultant in the past for ANY immigration related application, then your verification code is going to him/her. If they are still approachable, please connect with them to get the verification code. You can then register in the tracker and would never need their help again. This is a bug in IRCC system.

Good afternoon,
I have an issue with registering/Linking on IRCC Application Tracker, we are a group of 6 family member, we already got AOR on 31st July, 2024, we ( me and my 2 adult sons) are already Linked on IRCC Application Tracker, my wife got an email to Link on IRCC Application Tracker about 10 days before. But we are getting following message even trying so many times.
Incorrect or invalid information. Review and make sure it matches the information submitted on the Use of a Representative [IMM 5476] form or the Authority to Release Personal Information to a Designated Individual [IMM 5475] form.

Please help me how I can fix this issue.

If yes, is there a possibility that an application from Mississauga gets assigned to an office in another province?

Yes, it is Montreal office and yes they do assign applications to a different province than home province as well.

Just to be sure, also verify the email ID mentioned in the contact us section of the test invite PDF. Sometimes the ID is different than the sending email ID and the contact us has the correct email ID of your processing office. For example MB/SK office was used to send email invite but the PDF had Vancouver's email ID (which was the processing office).

We get this error sometimes when we copy paste the application # and UCI #. Try to manually type them and also use a new incognito window to try again.

Thats normal. The tracker will show the AOR date as the date application filed as thats the day it was entered into the IRCC system.

Ok, then it is Montreal for sure. The good news is Montreal has been more recently processing applications faster so you should see some good traction with your application soon.

Hello , As mentioned above i received 2 test windows and I am trying to access the latest/ 2nd link since yesterday and it was giving me an error that " I cant login because i am not yet registered for the test , try again " . I emailed this issue to the email Id which sent me the 2nd / latest link ( Windsor Office) . The officer responded today saying that It might be some technical error and ask me try again which I did but did not work again . I emailed him back and he sent me a fresh email saying that " there was Testing Event Duplication. Please disregard the testing invite from this email address and use the link sent for the testing event from the other office ( Niagara office) that began on 2024-08-06 and continues through to 2024-09-05. We apologize for the confusion. " Now I am trying the 1st link which I received from Niagara Office and that is also not working .. Any one having the same issue ! Please advise . Thank you.

Unfortunately, I haven't come across anyone in the past few months with this kind of issue. It is better to call IRCC so that they resolve the testing duplication on their side and also send an email to the Niagara office. The test window most likely got invalidated when it was duplicated by the Windsor office.

The test link remain the same, irrespective of the office or when they send them so accessing from one or the other email will not make a difference. It is on the test server, which thinks that your test window is still not open so not letting you login. Hope one of the office resolves it for you in the test server.
