Passport stamping shouldn't take 20 days. Where are you based? You could consider physically travelling to the VFS stamping instead of couriering the passport.

I was assuming it takes 15 to 20 days since some students shared there reviews , yes I will consider sending passport in person to avoid delays

it's very disappointing, not sure if it helps you but have you tried reaching out to college and check if ircc has verified your LOA? This is is the new measure they are taking and I believe it's first step towards ppr

I am very surprised when my college told me that they have not verified my LOA yet from them and hence explaining delay in my application it's frustrating even more now

I haven't asked them about verification of my LOA but I did ask them if they can reach out to IRCC however they denied on reaching out to IRCC and if any college related query was required then they could only help with that
