You need to pass Eng test (CLB 7 minimum each section) and get ECA ready before creating profileHello All,
Request your help here. I am new to FSW EE program and plan to apply to immigrate to Canada from India for the first time.
My job profile fits in the 20012 – Computer and information systems managers category.
Below is my profile:
Citizen: India
Education from India: BTech (4 years Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering), will get evaluation done through WES.
Work Experience from India: 7+ years or more exp in Software organization
IELTS English : (yet to take)
Single/Never Married
No Canada work experience or education
No relative in Canada
No job offer from Canada
Self-calculated CRS score: 441
Pls suggest if I should apply in FSW EE program. Do I stand any chance of PR, OR is there any other program I should to consider? Is there anything additional I can do to improve my score/changes for FSW EE?
Also, as I understand as per process, I need to take IELTS and Education Credential before I can submit my EE profile. Let me know if my understanding is correct. Do I need work experience letter as well to submit EE profile?
Thank you for help.
Yes, you need IELTS and Education Credential Evaluation before you submit EE profile. References you will need later you when you get invited. It's 2-3 months of normal wait time for biometrics request.Hi everyone,
I have just submitted my CEC express entry application for PR and it’s been over 18 days since I have submitted but haven’t received Biometrics instructions letter to do. Is it normal?
Please note that I have given biometrics earlier for my temporary residence but I think It will not be accepted for Permanent Residency.
Yes, you can.Hi ,
We have a following query about PR:
I am living with my spouse in Manitoba. I have done bachelor's in chemical from India and have 7 years experience(NOC - 21320) in India. After that I pursued master's program in chemical and petroleum engineering from The University of Calgary and done 6 months job under NOC code 21320. My spouse and baby (Canada citizen) is here with me. Right now, from Nov 2023, I am doing health care job (NOC code - 33103) specially to get PR and we both got invitation to apply for PR on 5 July 2024 under healthcare draw and submitted complete PR application for both on 22 July 2024 and received AOR quickly after submitting application.
Can I change job at this stage? I have job offer for chemical process operator - 93101.
Please suggest me , Can we change job after submitting complete PR application under category based draw?
Will there be any query later on during background check? like you got invitation under healthcare and now you are doing some different job? Query like please provide your recent paystubs?Yes, you can.
No, you will be still eligible for the health draw. That's all that matters. Will there be any query later on during background check? like you got invitation under healthcare and now you are doing some different job? Query like please provide your recent paystubs?
I am still not sure. I am doing healthcare job just to get PR. My background (Education and experience) is from strong engineering (Chemical) side. No education for healthcare and no previous experience. But just doing it since Nov , 2023. Are you 100% sure there won't be any issues in PR application? No, you will be still eligible for the health draw. That's all that matters.
