Hi all,
I have got my ITA and my job duties match with noc code 2173 . However my organisation has instructed to add assists or supports at the start of every job duty..Not sure why they asked this.Now I am worried that my job duties might not match 2173 which I submitted while creating profile so what should I do now?

Hi guys,

I am waiting for my spouse's ECA (secondary applicant), and I am thinking of adding her education details to Express Entry profile and marking ECA as "No" for now. I have a couple of questions regarding this step:

1. If I mark ECA as "No" for now. Will I be able to update the express entry profile once I get her WES? Or I have to create a new profile again?
2. If I am able to update my profile, how many days will it take to update the points?
3. If I receive ITA before updating ECA information in the EE profile, what will be the next steps? should I submit a PR application with or without ECA (if I get it after ITA)?
4. Adding to the last point, If I said No to ECA in my profile, will Proof of education come into the checklist while submitting PR after receiving ITA?

I urgently need expert advice, I think I made a mistake in my EE profile by choosing NOC 10030, now I have received my ITA but the files are not yet transmitted to the CIC. My duties as Quality Control Manager in a Telecommunications services company are as follows:

- Monitoring and calculation of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all scopes;

- Planning monthly maintenance schedules;

- Coordination of maintenance agents;

- Daily monitoring and control of maintenance schedules;

- Monitoring of maintenance quality via the Operation Web Service (OWS) platform;

- Mateline software support for on-site agents;



I need your support to find the right NOC for me and how to correct this error.

I have few questions regarding the Travel History Section

I was in the US from 2015-2020 on a student visa and visited couple of times to India and Canada during that duration. I moved to Canada in April 2021 on Work Permit. Do I need to add the time that I was in the US from 2015-20 and list all the trips that I made outside US during that time in travel history. Also, do I need to mention all the trips within US during that time period?

Hi, I have a very silly question. My job duties matches two NOC codes, 22220(Computer Network and Web Technician) and 22221(User Support Technician). Is there any benefit in selecting one over the other? I am very confused between those NOCs.

Below is my profile:

Education from India: BTech (4 years Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering), will get evaluation done through WES.
Work Experience from India: 7+ years or more exp in Software organization
IELTS English : (yet to take)
Single/Never Married
No Canada work experience or education
No relative in Canada
No job offer from Canada

Self-calculated CRS score: 441

Pls suggest if I should apply in FSW EE program. Do I stand any chance of PR, OR is there any other program I should to consider? Is there anything additional I can do to improve my score/changes for FSW EE?

Also, as I understand as per process, I need to take IELTS and Education Credential before I can submit my EE profile. Let me know if my understanding is correct. Do I need work experience letter as well to submit EE profile?

You need to pass Eng test (CLB 7 minimum each section) and get ECA ready before creating profile
441 is too low for current pool.
Moreover , IRCC is now prioritizing CEC & PNP, also category based draws. With you NOC you can most likely go under STEM category, but need higher score - at last 490-500

Yes, you need IELTS and Education Credential Evaluation before you submit EE profile. References you will need later you when you get invited. But better prepare it in advance.

You need to maximize your language score to get a higher CRS score.

French can skyrocket your chances and score as well.

. I’m just worried with my PR application, it was updated medical passed and with details of my old biometric done in 2021(showing the expiry date and all) after 43 days I submitted the application. I’m just wondering what’s going on as I didn’t get 2nd biometric request for my PR application. Although, my first application was cancelled, 2 days before I received letter of cancellation the old biometric details was updated but medical wasn’t updated then. I’m just confused and tensed while I’m waiting for further updates. Does anyone have idea of what may possibly be going on
