2. He is able to get a job offer in IT field ( Not with LMIA ). What are the chances of getting points for the same?
3. He is interested in Alberta PNP program. What are his chances of getting an ITA?

1. Yes. No pros or cons
2. Job offer gives no points.
3. Don’t know profile so cannot tell you. Based on NOC, CRS score and if has job offer matches his NOC in his profile. If has job offer, employer must be eligible and willing to support nomination.

In December 2023, I created an Express Entry profile. At the time I was collecting my documents for AIP and I didn't have Provincial Endorsement certificate. In January I got endorsement certificate. According to CRS score calculator, my score now is 993.

Is Provincial Endorsement certificate same as Provincial Nomination?
Will it make it faster to receive my PR through Express Entry?
Should I delete my Express Entry profile and create a new one? Or delete my Express Entry profile completely and have only AIP application?

AIP is not an Express Entry program. Nothing to do with EE.

Hi All,
My credential evaluation for IMT CDL from IQAS is going to expire next month and they are not renewing it for next 5 years for immigration purposes. They are asking to start a new application (send transcripts and wait for good 4-6 months)
I am in Canada as of now (Not sure how to again send the transcripts directly from the institution) , Do we have any alternative of this situation ?

i was employed from Jan 1 2018 to April 20, 2022 as a doctor (medical trainee/TMO/residency). this role is required to be for four years.
i took below leaves while in this role:

wedding leave: May 30, 2018 to June 19, 2019 (21 days)

maternity leave: May 31, 2019 to August 28 (90 days)

leaves were unpaid.

as per policy, i compensated this period later to complete my training/residency. this effectively elongated my period from 4 years to around 4 years 3 months.
in EE entry i have claimed my experience for whole period: 4 years and three months. is that okay?
