Those are emails for PA that's already in Canada. The process is different and they get eCOPR instead of PPR and physically landing in Canada with COPR and passport.

Hi I am applying for my wife who is outland. However, I received a document asking to "Confirming your permanent residence status using the portal". and it is asking questions such as when did you come to Canada first time...
I think this is for Inland applicants and came to us by mistake.

Mine is after medical 5 weeks finished but i have no updates
Where are you guys checking your updates? When I go to my ircc tracker portal there's no updates on there except my eligibility. My medical, biometrics, and pre arrival letter all came through email, but it hasn't shown as completed or updated on the tracker.
My pr tracker show my updates
Biometric - completed
Medical- Completed
Background- in progress
Eligibility - Not started
I got my all messages in mail but medical only showed in gc key account
You have to check your gc key account it show your updates
