Any FSW outland April AOR yet to receive BIL or MIL like me. I am FSW outland 13th April AOR with no BIL or MIL yet. Is this normal?

It can be because you paid RPRF separately.. I had paid it upfront.. also background check has been in progress for many days for me too..

On the eligibility.. mine was also showing as not started when I checked yesterday.. however it was updated as completed today.. so i guess it is being done in the background and only once its done they mark as completed and you wont be seeing the in progress comment against the eligibility.. I guess paying the RPRF upfront helped but we cant say that for certain.. your eligibility should be updated soon too
Yes, delay due to paying RPRF separately is the only reason making sense to me. Because you and I have the same timelines, with just 1 day here and there.
Lets see now, hope it wone be delayed too much

I almost have the same timeline. Additionally, I paid my RPRF on 27th May when they requested for it. However, acc to tracker, my eligibility has not even started yet and background check is in progress since many days now.
Why is my application delayed? Is it because I paid RPRF separately?
Paying RPRF separately does add additional time to your application's processing. Your application isn't delayed tbh. You are comparing AOR day/similar as a cohort and assuming IRCC does FIFO processing - that's not how IRCC works. Also, you two can have separate VOs, separate officers, and different application complexity levels - all of which can cause very different processing times.

I know of a FSW Outland applicant with exactly the same AOR as you who was apparently also skipped. The most recent BIL/MIL issued to FSW applicants by IRCC is 15th May so i wonder what happened with skipping several applicants with 13th April AOR. Hopefully you get it soon

AOR date isn't how a cohort is created within IRCC, they likely use a month as a cohort. AOR dates and processing times are not to be correlated with as application complexity, VO, case processing officer, etc is different for each individual.

Not much of an update but
AOR Apr 01
BIL May 14
Biometrics passed May 20
Med instruction May 27
Med exam passed June 01-02
Crim, info check passed
Eligibility in progress (not started on tracker)
Going from a period of fairly rapid updates from May 14 to June 01 and then entering a period of sudden silence (18 days ongoing since Jun 01) feels a bit weird. No ghost updates even. Currently adapting to the change in pace. Tracker check frequency decreasing gradually, but at the same time it’s been 78 days since my AOR and 34 days since my BIL so the likelihood of an update is actually increasing. Bit of a useless question but when would you guys forecast my next update?
