December 13th, 2023 Decision envelope has been dispatch from IRCC message
December 14th, 2023 Decision envelope sent to me
December 17th, 2023 got the ARC and COPR

Unfortunately for me no move on my application, not even ghost updates since November.
Hey guys, how do you feel about your progress? I'm trying not to compare my timeline but it's really hard not to feel like I'm falling behind a lot of others from the September group.

I am feeling a mix of frustration and anxiety because i have been searching and comparing to others timeline and by now i should have the Medical already!

Keep in mind that processing times can change, and factors such as the type of visa and the volume of applications can influence how long it takes to process an application.
I am not sure how these affect the timelines but, I've been keeping a close eye on some data from both Mexico and some South America countries.
By November (when our application was moved to Mexico) their Visitor Visa time was 69 days and their Work Visa was 6 weeks.
Right now their processing times for Visitor Visa is 52 days and for Work Visa is 4 weeks.
So from my understanding, and again I don't know how these affect the actual PR cases, it seems like it they are improving times.
Brazil and Argentina on the other hand had an increase in their processing times.
It is also worth noting that, using data from previous people that had applications sent to Mexico VO, when they ask for Medical it is closer to the end. Usually they ask for medical and people get their PPRs in about two months after.
The majority of people that get asked medical alongside with biometrics is because the processing centre did so, but that doesn't mean their application will be faster or slower than ours.

June 28 - biometrics completed
Sept 20 - Medical request
Sept 29 - Medical completed
Oct 26 - Eligibility completed
Oct 27 - Received pre arrival service email
No update after that... Not even ghost updated.

Did you try ordering GCMS notes? Just to have an idea of what is going on.
Have you traveled to any other country before?
You should get an update soon, if not I would also suggest you applying for a TRV, maybe that could give them a nudge to finish your application.
