i went through with it, luckly i had a photo of her passport. had to fill out her passport info and stuff and attach the photo. hopefully i was supposed to do all that lol

same thing for me, what did you do? i dont understand if i need to upload the passport or if its buggy and they will actually upload the passport.

i am also on the same boat, im not sure if this is something i need to upload on my end or if they are going to upload when the get my wife's passport

I actually havent gotten any response from the webforms or emails i sent (i didnt end up getting GCMS notes) just got back from the post office, hopefully they send the passport back quick :D

anyupdate on this? i just recived PPR yesterday and now it shows "We received the passport(s)/travel document(s) you sent us." on the tracker, but i havent sent the PPR package yet

just checked tracker and the COPR number is available already
