Hello all... relative of mine has a PR card and they are moving to Canada in coming months. Once arrived in Canada, they would be applying for spousal sponsorship for their husband . I checked cic and it looks like there is no minimum income requirement for the sponsor (when I sponsored my wife 6 years ago, I had to submit tax returns of last three years), so I am assuming they can sponsor their spouse as soon as they land. Can someone please conform , if my understanding is correct?
