If you haven’t gotten it 6 calendar days before the event,check your junk mail folder and contact our Client Support Centre to make sure we have the right contact information for you.

I finally got my test invite on Wednesday after not hearing anything after my background check back at the beginning of March. I could take it as early as yesterday and you better believe I took it first thing in the morning lol. Now back to the waiting game
