3 weeks since LPP completed and no OATH invite yet-Hoping for an email next week!
I hope things work out very soon for you and the rest but I also agree with you it is all done randomly !!I don't think IRCC processes applications on First In First Out basis.
@RandomUser514 congratulations!! Finally, you are a Canadian how does it feel? After all the waiting game.Hi all,
I completed my citizenship ceremony today. It was very emotional (from my side of course). Ceremony process was very smooth. There were around 200 people (and maybe 15-20 people were missing/missed ceremony). It took around 2h30minutes total. Citizenship certificate will be ready in 2 weeks for in person collection.
All the best and good luck y'all!
staying positive throughout! I hope that this coming week there is a lot of updates for you and the rest of the group.3 weeks since LPP completed and no OATH invite yet-Hoping for an email next week!
Stay positive everything will be fine!! you are almost there.I was thinking it has been quiet this week. Most LPP completed in our Jan group have oath date now and the majority of us are waiting for LPP to be completed. Hopefully you’re right and they’re finishing up November/December.
I was very hopeful for a Canada Day ceremony but I’ve given up on that this week.

I like it, a playlist for the rest of us haha
It's not possible even those who receive certificates at their citizenship ceremony are asked to at least wait two days before applying. I might be wrong but that is how I interpret the information on the Canadian website. I hope this helps out maybe not.Hi has anyone received cert within 1 day of oath if they mention that they need to apply for URGENT NEXT DAY passport?
I'm pretty much in the same boat, it's not really the office that determines the speed but the officer your case is assigned to. Some have less cases to work on, some are simply faster, some don't work at all .. so you can't really know when you're gonna get an update.. Im also excited and can't wait tbh, just trying to distract myself with work/life .. Best of luck!Hello,
The last update on my citizenship application is 18th April for BGC complete, test complete. LPP is still pending/in progress. Is there anyone else facing similar situation. Wonder where my application is stuck or processing so slowly now?
How do we determine which office is processing the application?
