Honestly we shouldn't always blame IRCC for the mess happening, one of the major reasons for our applications being delayed is the security agencies CBSA and CSIS especially CSIS they are also slow and lazy

@GoodnewsToday & @jojee2k6 or others , does anyone knows who is responsible or assigned to select specific applicants for CSIS and or CBSA? Done automatically by system or handy by officer/agent ? Also witch office conduct that local one , Fingerprints office or Sydney? Any idea ?!

Well ! So yeah may be they are going to open up your file for LPP on August 4 per your notes which is a good sign since your security still in processes as you said. By the way I think you are in other province not Ontario
