You should ask someone you trust like another family member or friend to trigger it for you from a device from which you haven't accessed tracker before.

I tried with my husbands phone it still didnt work. Do we need a laptop specifically?
 
I'm having the same issue too. Tried different browsers and my husband mobile.still not working. I know webform needs to be send by it'll take a month to get feedback. Any other possible options while waiting for webform' feedback?
