In https://tracker-suivi.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/register, I'm using my UCI and App No. to register.

I received my aor one week back.

I'm getting this error. Incorrect or invalid information. Review and make sure it matches the information submitted on the Use of a Representative [IMM 5476] form or the Authority to Release Personal Information to a Designated Individual [IMM 5475] form. If you can’t create an account, it may be because your client’s application is not in our system yet.

What am I doing wrong? Is it a system fault?

Tracker has issues at times. Wait for few more days and try signing up from mobile device, preferably an Apple device. I used to face issues in all devices except Apple devices.

You can visit any private agency authorized by RCMP in your area and give the fingerprints. The fingerprints would be transmitted to RCMP digitally.

The requirements vary from agency to agency. Carry your PR card and passport as they can be considered for the two pieces of IDs which photo. Other than that, I dont think you need to follow any other things. Rest all would be informed by the person handling fingerprints. Just call them and ask before you go.

Thank you for reply.

I just curious why I need to do fingerprints check.

Is there any wrong with application?
Letter says

After reviewing the biographical information on your application form, there are questions in your case with regard to sections 21 and/or 22 of the Citizenship Act, explained further on the second page of this letter.

Guide me if you know about this.
Is this normal or random pick or anything specific?

Thank you very much in advance

When was the last time you gave your fingerprints to IRCC ? If its before 10 years, you will be asked for it again. Another case would be, if you traveled outside Canada after obtaining your PR (or) in the last 5 years (Eligibility period) before applying for Citizenship, you would be asked for fingerprints again.

If none of these apply to you, then your case might have got picked at random and requested for fingerprints. Nothing to worry about your application as such.
