I see, For us, then its just background check since medical is not required at this stage. For background check- since the tracker is not working, do we receive an email from IRCC once it's completed/Or we get just straight ecopr p1 request?

I used both the Tracker and GCKey to monitor the status. Since your Tracker is not working, you can still refer to GCKey, where it will show something like "Final Decision – XXX. once it is done/completed and P1 is ready to be sent out.


After that, you should receive an email with a P1 request, asking for additional information such as eye color, height, last entry into Canada, and so on.

hopefully it comes soon , as i applied for SOWP in apr and its still in implied status till oct 11 and have not received actual WP yet !
