PR Tracker error

I am trying to create "Application status tracker" account but i'm always ending up in getting error:"Incorrect or invalid infromation".
My ITA was on 14th April 2025, AOR: 11th May 2025, Bio and medical updated (In GC account) : June 20th 2025.

Do I need to raise a webform or wait for them to mail be about the tracker account?

I am in same boat!! Unable to register on tracker.. seems there are many who are facing same issue!

Aww, is it!! I'll wait for some more time and then check. If the issue still prevails, I'll raise a web form.

Hey, same, can't open a tracker account, been trying to do so since early June and still nothing to this day....and it seems that a lot of people who do have an account didn't get any updates recently (like some people received their Final Decision etc and the tracker still shows eligibility and background checks not started)...

I got my biometrics yesterday and till now I am not able to register the tracker. It keeps on showing the same error "Incorrect or invalid information. Review and make sure it matches the information submitted on the Use of a Representative [IMM 5476] form or the Authority to Release Personal Information to a Designated Individual [IMM 5475] form. If you can’t create an account, it may be because your client’s application is not in our system yet."

I am pretty sure that I entered my information correctly.
Any tips?
