You are only sending the oath form after the ceremony. The guarantor and references are for the passport application form. You need two references and one guarantor. The guarantor must be a Canadian citizen with a Canadian passport.

Waiting for oath ceremony since April 25th Vancouver office, they are slow as hell ,

They canceled the oath ceremony which was scheduled on 25th April

I think I did a mistake sending an email asking if I can get in person oath scheduled

Since then i have not received any email from them as well

Called IRCC and they don't have any update

Sent another 4 emails informing about the medical emergency and need to travel to US - no response whatsoever

Any suggestions what can be done next .

this is really frustrating , Any one in the same boat , let me know what else i can try .

I hope they have not pinned you for in person oath as they are few and takes time

LPP completed- Mar 30th 2023
Oath Invite received- May 26th 2023 (online oath from Saskatchewan office)
Oath completed- June 12th 2023

Submitted the oath form right after and now waiting for my certificate to arrive in the mail

How long it takes for oath confirmation letter to come in email after update in tracker?

Mine came 4 days after the update, 9 days before my ceremony. They generally send out the letters about a week before your ceremony.

How did you know your certificate was mailed on June 12th? My application is not closed yet but it was updated on June 15th that Citizenship ceremony is completed. My ceremony was June 13th.
