Guys, happy to say that I received the PR card in my mail today. My PR Portal is still the same. Only shows submitted. Never received AOR confirmation. Applied online on 2 February 2023. Either way, happy that I got it and can travel now.

Thanks for the insight. Thats my take on it right now. I had reported to IRCC my loss of PR card and they should have my PR renewal application in their system so hopefully, it wont bother them much. I will state the facts to the best of my ability during the interview.
