Same happened to me and my spouse too. We got all our updates at the same till the exam invite. My ceremony is tomorrow and he has not gotten any updates since his exam result was uploaded. The IRCC staff he spoke with said it happens sometimes, some applications can go faster than others.

Congratulations! It’s a fairly smooth process. Took 90 minutes total for me.
My ceremony was online last week (Monday - SCR office). My application was updated online on June 7 saying application closed. Received the certificate in the mail on June 9.

Ceremony was done yesterday morning. Finally a a Canadian Citizen! The official said she was going to mail my certificate today if I send my oath of citizenship yesterday and I already did that.

Did you ask for an expedited certificate? Do they allow walk in pick up's? My Oath is on 27th and I would be travelling on July 6th. Kinda worried on how things would shape up.

I’m not sure about walk-ins but you can request a fast process for certificate and passport. You can get both before 6th. Just inform the official during registration. Make all the necessary plans before the ceremony date. Have your passport photograph ready, inform your guarantor and references for the passport application. You can fill the form immediately after the ceremony and have your guarantor fill it as well and when you get your certificate, you can go to the passport office and apply asap.
