has any received the FIRST portal email with attachment with no details of UCI , DOB, email and asking to provide requested information within 7 calendar days
it also doesn’t say application is approved, instead says “ your application for permanent residence is now ready for finalization pending confirmation of your permanent residence status. You’ll complete this process through the Permanent Resident Portal ( PR Confirmation).
also, the pdf doesn’t have french version.
should i reply to that mail or not???
both spouse and kids emails are same with same set of wording. i feel they are genuine as my son’s mail was received by our attorneys who were handling our work permit applications. the email address i have verified with one friend who recently went through process, so that was one more relief. i am just concerned about the attachment with instructions having missing details and suggestion to provide the initial details within 7 days. I am assuming it could be part of the manual process where officer didn’t put all the details.
Yeah that wording is correct. Congrats man! Although it's weird that it doesn't have French in the pdf, as long as it's from a @cic.gc.ca account it's legit. Another way to verify is the pdf is usually named with your EE application number.
yes, the pdf is named with my application number and it’s was sent from cic.go.ca account
