For those waiting for some time, I have heard that the pre 2022 and early 2022 cases have been taking longer to process than the new ones. Have been using this tracker last year to figure out the processing times and timelines. The pr tracker shows the last update on April 19, 2023, after March 20th.
Also shows we received an inquiry on April 15, 2023 which idk why.

Strike started today, nobody is actively working at IRCC.

Mine also changed Background to In progress and the last update was April 19th. It seems to happen to a lot of us.
