It could also be that the reason I am not getting SA is because In the IMM 1344 ,the part it ask if the sponsor is eligible , I choose B (proceed anyway). My sponsor is fully eligible .just choose B because Im out of status.

I see.Yeah i mean its good news even knowing that.But I saw two people with very similar timeline that did not receive SA or PA at all and they had their pr.It seems like it depends on the officer.

yeah i think as long as you had status when you were applying you are on maintained status .but im not sure... pr tracker website is so bugged.the IRCC website is more realiable

no AIP.its called approval in principal. you need AIP for work permit if you dont have status
