Mine also say background started processing today with the update on April 19. Also the enquiry on April 14 shows because I called ircc that day.

Just checked. Tracker shows last update changed again from Apr 14 to Apr 19 and dependant activity background verification changed to in process

Everyone’s background says in process now. It think it’s a system wide error.
