Have you ever used any other name?

At my current company, my full name isn't used rather my nickname is. Should I say YES to this question?

I doubt it makes a lot of difference but add the nickname, better to be safe than sorry.

Not to fall down a rabbit hole of semantics, but...

If other people are calling you something other than your real name, does that mean that YOU have ever used any other name? Sounds like you acknowledge that a co-worker who calls you by that nickname, but THEY are the ones using it, right?

Just saying that if everyone else uses a nickname for you at work, does that mean that you have ever used another name? LOL!

Don't spend any more time on this...I was just having a bit of fun.

There are a lot of 'names' I've been called that I'm not writing in a government form, they're just not polite.
