    There's no passport number section in the declaration form. Not sure what you're referring to. There's only a registration number. Plus the declaration form doesn't specify the guarantor to be a citizen hence the confusion

    I am reading up on the instructions regarding the ceremony and seemingly we have to sign an Oath or Affirmation of Citizenship form but is it given to us during the ceremony? I can't seem to find it online
