Yes, I'll be paying 35% downpayment via cheque or wire. 35% is enough though. Renting before buying is a very good idea.

I got way too many friends in my target city who know me very well and can recommend places based on what I like. I'm researching where to live from 6 months now so a very easy decision for me. Plus, I got pets so it is naturally hard to find rentals.

Hey everyone!

I delivered my passport today at the VSF and they said I should get it back in about 15 business days.

As I said, I got my ready for visa e-mail on March 14, the tracker updated everything on main applicant to "Completed" yesterday (for dependant, Eligibility still states "not started", everything else is Completed), and GCKey still hasn't updated neither Eligibility nor Background Check.

So here is my updated timeline

EE FSW-O (Brazil)
ITA - Nov 23
Submitted -Jan 16
AOR - Jan 16
Medical exam passed - Feb 27
BIL - Feb 27
Biometrics - taken on Mar 03 and linked on Mar 07
Eligibility - tracker uptade to "in progress" on Mar 14
RFV/PPR - Mar 14
CoPR number available on tracker on Mar 16

Getting stressed is normal I guess. But, your ability to create an account has nothing to do with your application. So, you are worrying about the wrong part. If your R10 wasn't pass (happens before you get BIL and Med pass) - that should've been something to worry about in 2+ months. But as I see, nothing to worry about.

I'd suggest keeping yourself focused on post RFV is what you should do. It keeps you occupied and focused on the right stuff.

Tracker account normally gets enabled once your profile is introduced and data copied into the tracking database and system, which is then updated regularly for you to access.

Normally happens 3 days after UCI Linked.

Maybe due to some glitch it has not happened,, so no point worrying.

I already have PPR and am still not able to create tracker even after trying all possible combinations. I was only able to create tracker on my Spouse's details and saw everything there.

I never knew that one could login using dependent's UCI too. I only used mine and we could see all dependents inside of it.

Don't worry about the tracker registration. It could be a technical glitch as well. It has happened with many PR applicants. Your application looks well on track and it's just the matter of time when you will get your RFV mail .
If you still want to go for the tracker, try to register with a dependent (if any) or you can call IRCC and they will raise a complaint on it as a technical glitch.

yes you can login/create account from your dependent as well and see all persons information there.

i know the feeling, i faced issues creating the IRCC tracker account as well, just keep trying to click on next step repeatedly even when you receive an error saying 'representative details incorrect .. ' or something like that. For me it went through after i clicked on 'Next Step' repeatedly for like 70 times continuously.
