That is it for Biometrics. Now all you can do is wait for further communication from IRCC about next steps (eg. Medical).
my medical is « in process » on my ircc tracker since March 2nd.
i know ot’s because blood test of the personxwho is joining me reveals an infection (easily curable and very old). Will they call the IRCC doctor ? Quite long almost a week ….

I have read that currently IRCC is taking around 2 weeks after the doctor has uploaded results to MP the applicant, so don't worry. If they require any additional tests they will let you know.

Hey everyone! Is there anyone else who got an AOR in January and still has not received a single update (medical or BIL)? The AOR arrived on January 22, so it's been almost two months. My temporary UCI has not changed to the permanent one yet, so I am still unable to access my application in the App Status Tracker. I'm just wondering if there's anyone else still waiting for their first update.

Also, did anyone else receive their ITA in the November 23 draw? There was a glitch on IRCC's end after the implementation of the new NOC codes, and the system determined that some applicants were eligible for the CEC even if they did not meet the program's requirements. The same thing happened to me; I was applying for the FSW program from inside Canada but received an ITA under the CEC. I only completed 1 year of skilled Canadian work experience in January, so two months after I got the invitation and a couple of days after submitting my PR application. However, I did not get any points for my Canadian work experience, so really the only thing they should be looking at are the documents pertinent to the FSW program that I was eligible for, right? Any thoughts on this? I'm hoping the officers will carefully review eligibility for each program and not just reject the application if you don't satisfy the requirements of one program, especially if it's due to an error in their own system.

I got my ITA in the November 23 draw, but under FSW not CEC. I got the update (medical and BIL) both on February 27, and my UCI changed the following day. I hope the officers will consider you unde FSW and that this glitch doesn't delay your application too much :)

If you meet the CRS cut off without CEC, you shouldn't worry about it.

hello everyone i have a question.
Today i saw on the tracking site for EE that the eligibility part is marked in green as COMPLETED.

can someone can tell me what does it mean ? Did they verify all my documents ? Is it sure that I passed this step ? What does elligibility mean ?

sorry for those questions but I’m a bit worried.

Seems to be positive. After my Medical was passed, the tracker was marked as Completed and it turned green for the Medical section.

As far as I am aware, yes. IRCC checks whether you are eligible for the points you are claiming. As job letters are a way of verifying work experience which you claimed points for, it is part of the Eligibility check. Not sure about proof of funds as I am CEC and we don't have that requirement.

Thanks. And you know approximatively the time needed for the background check ? My last step if I understand well
