Hey! Do you know the time it took between you submitting the proof and them setting a new date? It's been over 2 weeks since I showed that I have returned but they've not gotten back

So I left in october and provided them with the proofs of my return and everything at the end of September. I returned on Christmas and had nothing updated on the portal until December 30 when I saw that they provided a new ceremony date of Jan 24th. So basically they had not updated anything until I was in the country according to them. Given that you have already returned, they should set your date as soon as possible. :/

sigh I wish they just make a move on things quickly.. it is a unfair that few of the applications move so quickly and few are just neglected

ANY IDEA WHAT CAN BE DONE TO GET AT LEAST A TEST INVITE?

I'm in the same situation as you and I've seen at least a few other people on this thread with that same timeline:

AOR Feb. 2 or 3rd
BG Check Completed July 18-20

And then no updates after that at all, not even a test invite and it's been almost 6 months since BG check. Doesn't look like it's an issue with a particular office, but maybe an agent (I'm in Toronto btw, not sure which office has my application)? What could possibly be holding up a test invite... Calling, submitting webforms or requesting notes does nothing too

seems next week will be one year since AOR, no updates. Hopefully they pick up these old applications soon.

I just realised they count processing times from AOR so technically we are 12 month now as November 2021 applicants mostly got AOR in January 2022. So still
Half way the processing time long way to go before we can question IRCC about the delays….
